5. Orders & availability
- A list sent to us by phone, WhatsApp or through the contact form is a request, not a confirmed order.
- An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and tell you it has been accepted and packed.
- If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and, where sensible, suggest a comparable alternative. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.
- We may decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, where the request appears fraudulent or abusive, or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
- Quantities may be limited per customer during shortages so that stock remains fairly available to the neighbourhood.
6. Delivery & collection
- Home delivery is offered on a best-effort basis within the areas around Raj Nagar and Sachin. Coverage will be confirmed when you place the order.
- Delivery timings given by us are estimates. Traffic, weather, staff availability and order volume can affect them.
- Someone aged 18 or above should be available at the delivery address to receive and check the order.
- Please inspect the order at the time of hand-over. Shortages or damage should be raised immediately so we can put it right.
- If nobody is available to receive a delivery, we may return the order to the store and arrange a fresh attempt. Repeated failed attempts may attract a re-delivery arrangement agreed with you.
7. Payment & billing
- We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards and cash, at the store counter or on delivery as agreed.
- All payments are processed directly through your own bank or payment application. This website does not collect, process or store any payment credentials.
- A GST-compliant bill is issued for every purchase. Please retain it — it is required for any exchange.
- Amounts payable are those shown on the bill issued at the time of purchase.
8. Returns & exchanges
8.1 What can be exchanged
- Sealed, unopened, non-perishable items in original condition and packaging, supported by the original bill.
- Any item that is damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly supplied by us — reported promptly.
8.2 What cannot be exchanged
- Perishables such as milk, curd, paneer, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, once they have left the store. Please check these at the counter before leaving.
- Opened, used or partly consumed products.
- Items where the packaging has been damaged after purchase.
- Items presented without the original bill.
8.3 How to raise it
Bring the item and the bill to the store counter, or call us on +91 63536 29344. Please raise damage, shortage or wrong-item issues as soon as you notice them — ideally the same day — so we can verify and resolve them properly. Resolutions are handled reasonably and case by case.
9. Communication consent
- Our contact form contains an optional, unticked checkbox reading: “Opt in for weekly alerts via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to stay updated on our platform.”
- Ticking it means you consent to receive periodic updates from us on the number and email you provide.
- You are never required to tick it. Every service we offer is available to you either way.

- Regardless of marketing consent, we may contact you about a specific order or enquiry you have raised with us.
